3.26 p.m.

My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon, my noble friend Lord Lyell will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the Belfast funerals incident.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Public Utility Transfers and Water Charges Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Second Reading of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Bill will be taken.
