asked Her Majesty's Government:How many women who suffered domestic violence from a husband or partner have been

(a) charged and (b) convicted of (i) murder and (ii) manslaughter for each of past five years in England and Wales.

Details of homicides held centrally do not enable those cases preceded by domestic violence to be separately identified.
