asked Her Majesty's Government:Whether the right to shoot on the foreshore in Scotland is extended to people who are not domiciled in Scotland. [HL837]

Any person who is not domiciled in Scotland may shoot on the foreshore provided they hold a valid shotgun certificate or visitor's shotgun permit granted by the chief constable in accordance with the Firearms Act 1968 (as amended).
