My Lords, I have to inform your Lordships that Her Majesty has been pleased to determine the abeyance of the Barony of Arlington in favour of Jennifer Jane Forwood. The Barony fell into abeyance in 1936 on the death of her kinsman, John Charles William, 9th Duke of Grafton. The noble Baroness now attends at the Bar with her Writ of Summons to take her Seat.
