asked Her Majesty's Government:Whether the Committee on Standards in Public Life is subject to quinquennial review.

The Government are committed to undertaking rigorous management and policy reviews of NDPBs every five years, tailored to the nature of the body concerned. As part of this commitment, the Government will shortly be reviewing the operation and role of the Committee on Standards in Public Life, which was established in October 1994.
