WA 102–103) concerning the use of intercept material in criminal proceedings, which of the countries' legal regimes are subject to constitutional guarantees equivalent to Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights. [HL1338]

The legal regimes of the Netherlands and France are subject to the European Convention on Human Rights. Australia and the US both have their own procedures for ensuring fair trials.
