The Equality and Diversity Unit of the PSNI will arrange for a number of copies of the gender action plan to be sent to the Library of the House as requested.Work in the areas of childcare arrangements and flexible working is ongoing within the PSNI. In line with Recommendations 16 and 17 of the gender action plan, a number of meetings are currently being held with interested stakeholders to determine what specific policy changes need to be implemented.
