asked Her Majesty's Government:

How many allegations of sexual harassment have been made against male officers of the Ministry of Defence Police since April 2003; in how many cases disciplinary action has been taken; and in how many cases officers have been dismissed or required to resign.[HL7297]

Five sets of allegations have been made against male officers of the Ministry of Defence Police since April 2003. Disciplinary action has been taken in three of the cases. Throughout the period since April 2003 no officer has been dismissed or required to resign.
