NHS: Trust Chairmen

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether there are any guidelines on the number of hours per week which a chairman of a local National Health Service trust should be able to devote to that post.[HL7152]

Chairs of National Health Service trusts are expected to devote on average 3 to 3.5 days per week to their role at the trust.
