asked Her Majesty’s Government:

Whether they have conducted any studies in respect of the comparative cost between greenfield commercial developments and similar town-centre brownfield commercial redevelopments; and, if so, whether they will publish the results. [HL658]

Her Majesty’s Government have not conducted any recent studies on the comparative costs of greenfield commercial developments and similar town-centre brownfield commercial redevelopments.
