My honourable friend the Minister of State for Northern Ireland (David Hanson) has made the following Ministerial Statement.

I have laid before the House a copy of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission's annual report for the year 2005-06 which was published today, in accordance with paragraph 5(2) of Schedule 7 to the Northern Ireland Act 1998.

This is the seventh annual report published by the commission.
