My right honourable friend the Prime Minister has made the following Statement.

The honourable Member for Daventry (Tim Boswell) and the honourable Member for North Wiltshire (James Gray) have been appointed as substitute members of the United Kingdom Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Assembly of Western European Union in place of the honourable Member for Upminster (Angela Watkinson) and the honourable Member for South West Norfolk (Christopher Fraser).
