My honourable friend the Prime Minister has made the following Written Ministerial Statement.

The 11th report of the Committee on Standards in Public Life, Review of the Electoral Commission (Cm 7006) has been published by the Committee today. The report has been laid before the House and copies of the report have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
