Whether frequent flyer and air miles schemes are incompatible with efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; and whether they have considered introducing an incentive scheme that rewards infrequent flyers. [HL3532]

The Government have made clear their commitment to ensuring that aviation reflects the full costs of its climate change emissions. Any customer schemes are a commercial matter for the airlines concerned.
