My Lords, before we resume the debate on the Queen’s Speech, I shall give some advice about timing of speeches. There are more than 40 speakers listed today, which means that we shall finish well in time for the 10 o’clock rising time provided that Back-Bench speeches are limited to around eight minutes. That will enable us to do as we are required.
