What arrangements they will put in place to take forward the World Health Organisation age-friendly cities guide. [HL251]

The Government have taken steps to promote the World Health Organisation age-friendly cities guide. The Department for Work and Pensions and the Department for Communities and Local Government will continue to promote the guide through their communications on ageing. The Department for Communities and Local Government will ensure that the analysis in this important report is built into the development of the forthcoming national strategy for housing in an ageing society.
