What value of assets was recovered by the Assets Recovery Agency in Northern Ireland in (a) 2006, and (b) 2007. [HL1509]

In Northern Ireland the agency recovered £0.8 million in the financial year 2005-06 and £0.3 million in the financial year 2006-07. These sums related to civil recovery cases. In the period 1 April 2007 until 31 December 2007, the agency recovered £0.3 million. This figure is subject to confirmation pending end of financial year results.
