Whether they have any proposals to allow the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland to undertake duties for another department. [HL1237]

As set out in the Ministerial Code, the Prime Minister is responsible for the overall organisation of the Executive and the allocation of functions between Ministers in order to deliver the Government's objectives and priorities.
