asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will include provisions for a coastal access corridor in the forthcoming Marine Bill; and, if so, whether those provisions will apply to England, Wales and Scotland or only to some of those countries. [HL2370]

The Government propose to publish the draft Marine Bill including provisions on coastal access in early spring of this year. The coastal access provisions within the Bill will only apply to England.
