What procedures they have put in place since the decision in R (SK) v SSHD 2008 to uphold Rule 9 of the Detention Centre Rules and to prevent future failures to review. [HL2563]

An independent review of detention reviews was commissioned and has since been completed. Work is currently under way to address all of the recommendations that have been made as a result of this review.
