What is the dress code for those working in the Northern Ireland Office while at work; when it was introduced; how it was devised; by whom; and how it is monitored. [HL2994]

The department has no formalised dress code for staff during working hours. For a small number of posts (eg security guards, canteen staff) there is a requirement to wear a uniform.
