Further to the Written Answer by Lord Rooker on 3 April (WA 193–94), why they have not made representations to the Government of the Republic of Ireland concerning their Offences Against the State Acts 1939-85, as required by the Belfast agreement. [HL3147]
Her Majesty's Government did not identify any issues that required representation in relation to the review conducted by the Irish Government of their Offences Against the States Acts 1939-85.
