Further to the Written Answer by Lord Rooker on 24 April (WA 319), when discussion on human rights in the Republic of Ireland took place, if not at the British-Irish Intergovernmental Conference. [HL3311]

The Government regularly discuss a wide variety of issues with the Irish Government at ministerial and official level. To identify all occasions on which the subject of human rights in the Republic of Ireland was discussed could be done only at disproportionate cost.
