asked Her Majesty's Government:

When they will lay out the process and criteria for a review in three years’ time of the implementation of the unfair commercial practices directive. [HL3338]

If approved by Parliament the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which implement the unfair commercial practices directive, will come into force on 26 May. I would expect this department to set out the procedure for reviewing the regulations in late 2010 or early 2011.
