How many architects, planners, landscape architects and chartered surveyors are currently employed by the Department for Communities and Local Government. [HL4758]

The department currently employs eight planning officers. The department does not have specialist grades for architects, landscape architects and chartered surveyors. The Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) is the Government's advisor on architecture, urban design and public space.
