My right honourable friend the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice (Jack Straw) has made the following Written Ministerial Statement.

I have today laid before Parliament the Ministry of Justice autumn performance report 2008 (Cm 7525). The report sets out the past six months’ progress the Ministry has made against its departmental strategic objectives, value for money targets and public service agreements. The report will also be accessible on the Ministry’s website.
