To ask Her Majesty's Government what action they have taken against individuals who have used NHS branding without authority to give a misleading impression about NHS commissioning policy on homeopathy; and what steps they will take to prevent any recurrence. [HL1565]

The department has provided clarification and advice on the use of the National Health Service logo to those who originated the document entitled Homeopathic Services. They have also been asked not to circulate the document bearing the logo any further, and to ensure that the logo is not used on any future documents without prior permission from the department.
