To ask Her Majesty's Government further to the Written Answer by Lord McKenzie of Luton on 11 February (WA 199) concerning benefits not devolved to the Northern Ireland Executive, whether all benefits paid to residents of Northern Ireland are the responsibility of the executive. [HL1663]

All social security benefits and pensions paid by the Department for Work and Pensions in Great Britain are the responsibility of the Executive in Northern Ireland.
