Asked by

To ask Her Majesty's Government for each year since 2005, how many applications there have been to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, from appellants and from the Secretary of State, for review of determinations under Section 103A of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002; and how many orders for reconsideration have been made by the tribunal in favour of appellants and the Secretary of State. [HL2011]

Latest information from the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal shows that since April 2005 it received the following applications for review of determinations under Section 103A of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002:
