To ask Her Majesty's Government how many schoolchildren did not complete their GCSEs, AS-levels or A-levels in Wales in (a) 2006, (b) 2007, and (c) 2008. [HL1989]

Education in Wales is devolved to the Welsh Assembly Government. I am advised that the Assembly Government do not currently calculate completion rates for learners in Wales.
