To ask Her Majesty's Government what representations they will make to the Government of Israel concerning the Israeli air force's strike on the premises of the Gaza community mental health programme. [HL2388]

The Israeli Government are currently carrying out a number of investigations on allegations, made by credible sources, of violation of international humanitarian law during Operation Cast Lead. We await the outcomes of these investigations before we decide whether to take further action.
