That it be an instruction to the Grand Committee to which the Political Parties and Elections Bill has been committed that they consider the Bill in the following order:

Clauses 1 and 2, Schedule 1, Clause 3, Schedule 2, Clauses 4 to 8, Schedule 3, Clauses 9 to 12, Schedule 4, Clauses 13 to 25, Schedules 5 and 6, Clauses 26 to 30.
