To ask Her Majesty's Government what instructions they have given to the Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland concerning investigations into (a) the Northern Bank robbery, and (b) the Omagh bomb of 1998. [HL3545]

These are operational matters for the chief constable and therefore the Government have given no instructions to the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
