To ask Her Majesty's Government how many complaints the Financial Services Authority has received in the past two years concerning mortgages. [HL4002]

The matters raised in this question are the responsibility of the Financial Services Authority, the day-to-day operations of which are independent from government control and influence. I have asked the FSA to write to the noble Lord.
