To ask Her Majesty's Government what are the value dates being used for assets entering the Asset Protection Scheme for (a) Royal Bank of Scotland, and (b) Lloyds Banking Group. [HL4842]

As set out in “Statement on the Government’s Asset Protection Scheme” published on 26 February, the eligible assets for the scheme are valued at 31 December 2008.
