Before the Minister moves that the first statutory instrument be considered, I will remind noble Lords that in the case of the four orders, the Motion before the Committee will be that the Committee do consider the order in question. I should perhaps make it clear that the Motion to approve the orders will be moved in the Chamber in the usual way. Further, if there is a Division in the House, the Committee will adjourn for 10 minutes.
