To ask Her Majesty's Government what is their response to the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust's report Still Destitute and its conclusion that the new asylum model is not working. [HL5217]

The UK Border Agency will reply to the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust and respond substantively to the conclusions and recommendations made in its report Still Destitute in autumn of this year.
