To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they plan to create a “kill or capture” list of Afghan drug traffickers and task the Armed Forces to pursue them. [HL5445]

ISAF has no plans to create a “kill or capture” list of Afghan drug traffickers. We do, however, provide mentoring and support to Afghan law enforcement units engaged in counter narcotics operations under Afghan law.
