To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will review legislation prohibiting the smoking of tobacco in public places with a view to allowing establishments which serve alcoholic drinks and food to provide separate indoor accommodation and facilities for smokers. [HL5451]

The Government gave a commitment to comprehensively review smoke-free legislation in England in the Health Act 2006 three years after implementation. The review will take place in 2010.
