To ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have to monitor the first elections under the Falkland Islands' new constitution on 5 November. [HL5749]

The 5 November 2009 elections are being organised according to the terms of the Falkland Islands electoral ordinance. The Government have every confidence in the Falkland Islands Government to run free and fair elections.
