To ask Her Majesty's Government with regard to section 3 of the declaration of support in the Belfast agreement of 1998, what are the definitions of equality, partnership and mutual respect governing relationships between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and between the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
