To ask Her Majesty's Government what is their response to the claim of property rights in Varosha by the land-holding foundation Efkaf. [HL5964]

HMG are aware of these claims but believe that a comprehensive settlement to reunite Cyprus is the best solution to the complex issue of property rights.
