To ask Her Majesty's Government what is their response to the Metropolitan Police Service's investigation into Home Office leaks. [HL5969]

The report by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary was placed in the Library of the other House by the Secretary of State for the Home Department on 12 October 2009. The recommendations are now being followed up.
