To ask Her Majesty's Government how the Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland has proceeded with the cases of those who allegedly broke windows in the houses of Romanians and the City Church in University Avenue, south Belfast; and whether the decisions on how to proceed were assessed against standards of equality.
