To ask Her Majesty's Government what representations they have made to the government of Russia about the speed and simplicity of issuing visas to British nationals. [HL286]

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the UK Border Agency held discussions with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in January and October of this year on operational visa issues relating to visas for both British and Russian nationals.
