My honourable friend the Economic Secretary to the Treasury has made the following Written Ministerial Statement.

The Treasury has today published draft secondary legislation in relation to the Fiscal Responsibility Bill to indicate how the Treasury intends to use one of the powers provided by the Bill. Copies of the document are available in the Vote Office and have been deposited in the Libraries of the House.
