To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will continue to press for access by the International Committee of the Red Cross to all places of detention in China; and whether they will raise the matter bilaterally and multi-laterally, including at sessions of the European Union–China Human Rights Dialogue. We remain concerned about detention facilities in China and continue to encourage increased transparency in Chinese detention facilities. We do this through our UK/China Human Rights Dialogue, the EU/China Human Rights Dialogue, and through project work.
