To ask Her Majesty's Government how many incidents involving an explosive or incendiary device have occurred on the premises of the 31 licensed civil nuclear sites in the United Kingdom in each year since 2001. [HL487]

To ask Her Majesty's Government what were the five incidents referred to on page 4 of the Director of Civil Nuclear Security's report The State of Security in the civil nuclear industry and the effectiveness of security regulation April 2008 to March 2009 that “warranted further investigation and subsequent follow up action”.
