To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they have prepared a report under section 231 of the Banking Act 2009 for the period ending 30 September 2009; and, if so, when it was laid before Parliament. [HL1704]

It is intended that the report under Section 231 of the Banking Act 2009 for the period ending 30 September 2009 will be laid before Parliament by the end of February.
