My Lords, I regret that I have to inform the House of the recent deaths of Viscount Colville of Culross, Lord Bernstein of Craigweil and Lord Wolfson. On behalf of the whole House, I extend our condolences to those noble Lords’ families and friends. I am also sure that the whole House would wish me to use this opportunity to extend our sympathy and condolences to the noble Baroness, Lady Royall of Blaisdon, on the sad death of her husband during the Dissolution.
